In Today’s Education system, most of the student are jobless after completion of their graduation or some of them are fails to get jobs in their college placements. After that they faces so many problems in finding jobs through off campus. they find difficulty in qualifying the interview because of lack of technical knowledge, communication skills and sometimes their attitude etc.
Some freshers didn’t get any job and due to frustration, they are applying for even peon jobs. Some of them got the jobs but they are not related to their technology they are working in tech support or BPO. So, this is happening because they don’t have proper technical skill according to corporate world even they are from technical latest technologies in corporate.
So, we are here to solve the fresher’s problem. We are introducing a Sponsorship program for fresher’s.
In this program have tie –background but they are not fulfilling the requirement so we are giving the opportunities to those fresher to connect with us with good hands on experience with
up with some investors and NGO’s. They will invest for each student till their jobs. We have planned framework for this we will identify weakness of every particular student and will work on it example: if anyone have problem in technical basics or communication skills for them we have separate classes to overcome skill in our sponsorship framework.
